		<description>Good write up. I personally feel that the company must have a clear cut vision otherwise it moves ahead direction less and employees leave the company in frustration as they cannot align their career growth with the growth of the company. 

Further, the vision of the company should not only be framed by the top management. Employees should also be a part of it. Only then they can associate themselves with the company  in true sense and think twice before leaving the company.</description>
