This is the personal website of Arun Agrawal, operated by EbizIndia Consulting Pvt. Ltd., Module 412, 3rd Floor, SDF Building, Salt Lake Sector V, Kolkata 700091, India. This page says what the site collects about you, why, and what you can do about it. It is written to be read, not to cover us.
What is collected
- Server logs. Like every website, the server records the IP address, browser, pages requested and time of each visit. These logs are used to keep the site running and to investigate abuse, and are deleted on a rolling basis.
- Security logs. The site runs a web application firewall (Wordfence) that records requests it blocks, including the IP address involved. This is used only to stop attacks.
- Content delivery. The site is served through Cloudflare, which sees the same connection details in order to deliver pages and block malicious traffic. Cloudflare’s own policy applies to that processing.
- Analytics, if enabled. When Google Analytics is switched on, it records page views and a small number of clicks (email, WhatsApp and the Growth Score link) so I can see which pages are useful. IP addresses are not stored by GA4. If it is switched off, nothing is sent to Google.
- What you send me. If you email, message on WhatsApp or fill in a form, I keep what you sent so I can reply and follow up. That is all it is used for.
What is not collected
There is no account system, no newsletter list and no advertising on this site. If you leave a comment on a post, the name, email address and text you enter are stored with the comment and shown under it (the email address is not shown). No personal data is sold or shared with anyone for marketing.
Cookies
The site sets no cookies for ordinary visitors. Cloudflare may set a short-lived security cookie, and Google Analytics, when enabled, sets its usual measurement cookies. Logged-in editors get the standard WordPress session cookies.
Your rights
Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and similar laws elsewhere, you can ask what personal data I hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and withdraw consent for anything that relied on it. Write to arun@ebizindia.com and I will answer within 30 days.

Changes
If this policy changes, the new version is published here with the date it took effect. This version is effective from 9 September 2026.
